Food Labelling (Declaration of Allergens) (England) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 402 of 2011).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the Food Labelling Regulations 1996 in respect of the labelling requirements for foods containing allergenic ingredients, including labelling exemptions for certain processed forms of those ingredients. By doing so, they implement in England the amendment made to Commission Directive 2007/68/EC by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1266/2010.
