[摘要] This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on the organization of the market in selected agricultural products. In particular, the present Act the competence of the Agency for Intervention in Agriculture relating to recognition of producer organizations, associations of producer organizations and recognition of interbranch organizations in the milk and milk products market, specified in supplemented art. 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e and 10f.
