European Communities (Importation of Animals and Animal Products from Third Countries) (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 305 of 2016).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Importation of Animals and Animal Products from Third Countries) Regulations 1994 so as to give effect to Council Directive 91/496/EEC, in relation to the retention of original certificates. A new provision stipulates that an authorised officer may require the production of the original certificate relating to an animal or animal product to which the principal Regulations relate and may take up and retain the certificate.
