Ordinance amending the Milk Registration Ordinance 2001.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources amends the Milk Registration Ordinance 2001 (BGBl. II No. 241). Inter alia, article 4 establishing that milk producers and milk producing plants have to report to the said "AMA" the amount of milk handled and processed to milk powder, butter, cheese is amended; as well as article 5 dealing with the certain intervals of the reports and the forms they have to use.
