Regional Law No. 40-RZ "On measures of social support of low income categories of the population".

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes legal grounds of state policy in the sphere of social support of low income categories of the population. Measures of state support shall include provision of financial means and in kind, in the form of privileges and services performed with the consideration of social guarantees legally established by the state.
