Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Regulations (Cap. 78:05).

[摘要] These Regulations implement provisions of the Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act with respect to a complaint under section 18 of the Act to the Anti-Dumping Authority and procedural requirements of a subsequent investigation and hearing. Section 18 allows the Authority, at certain conditions, to initiate an investigation to determine the existence and effect of any alleged dumping or subsidizing of any goods.
