Ministerial Decree implementing Commission Directive 2003/78/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Decree has been adopted in implementation of Commission Directive 2003/78/EC. The sampling for the official control of the levels of patulin in foodstuffs shall be carried out in accordance with the methods fully described in Annex I. Annex II describes the sample preparation and methods of analyses which are to be followed.
