[摘要] This Inter-ministerial Norm, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, creates the National Programme for Hygiene and Sanitary Control of Bivalve Molluscs (PNCMB). This Programme aims at establishing the minimum requirements for guaranteeing safe and good quality of bivalve molluscs destined the human consumption, as well as to monitor and control the fulfilment of these requirements.
