Decree No. 38 of 2013 (V. 24.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development concerning the production potential of viticulture.

[摘要] In line with EU regulations regarding the organization of the common wine market, this Decree provides rules concerning inventory and reporting of data, planting and cutting down, replanting rights, marketing of planting rights from the reserves. Planting and cutting down must be prior authorized. Plantations established after 30 April 2004, without bearing valid planting rights, must be cut down or what is produced shall be used only for distillation.
