Act relative to Land and Environment Tribunals (2010:921).
[摘要] This Act concerns: the jurisdiction, organization and functioning of Land and Environment Tribunals; procedures for hearings, etc. of such Tribunals; and appeals against decisions of such Tribunals with the High Court. The Tribunals shall function as appeal authority for decisisions taken under the Environmental Code by competent authorities.
