[摘要] This Decree establishes mandatory requirements for safety of foodstuffs manufactured with the use of extractive solvents with a view to ensure safety o ready foodstuffs for human life and health. It regards extractive solvents residues of which it is impossible to remove from finished foodstuffs. It shall not be applicable to extractive solvents used for manufacturing of food additives, vitamins and mineral substances.
