Regulation on food additives.
[摘要] This Regulation prescribes all concrete rules and requirements aimed to define the use, quality and chemical compositions, production/processing manners and practices, labelling and packaging issues, official classification and names, list of authorized substances and various technical and additional issues to be met by all types of food additives (enzymes, aromas, flavorings, non-special nutrients) at all stages of food production and/or processing.
