Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (England) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 731 of 2018).

[摘要] These Regulations continue to enforce for England Regulation (EC) No 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. They identify the TSE controls (listed in Schedules 1-7) that are subject to enforcement under these Regulations and deal with administration and enforcement by local authorities.
