Regulation concerning control of market data collection.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five paragraph, establishes: (1) entrepreneurs and types of foodstuffs being the subject to the control of market data collection; (2) frequency of the control. The control relates to foodstuffs specified in Annex 1 Part 1 of the Regulation concerning collection of market data, and to entrepreneurs specified in par. 12 of the same Regulation.
