Regulations governing microbiological standards for foodstuffs and related matters.
[摘要] These Regulations of the Minister of Health, made under section 15(1) of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972, specify microbiological standards for various food items including cooked sea-water and freshwater foods, poultry, natural mineral water or bottled water and egg products. They also define analysis or examination methods for foodstuff referred to in these Regulations for determining the presence of bacteria or other microorganisms.
