Order No. 525-A/96 regulating the transport of viticulture products.

[摘要] This Order regulates the transport of viticulture products according to EC Regulation No. 2238/93 of 26 December. This Regulation applies for the following viticulture products and establishes sanitary requirements: a) Wine products subject to a special tax (IEC): still wine, sparkling wine, vine spirit, e vine alcohol; b) Products non subjects to a special tax (IEC): grapes, grape juices, new wine, grape residues and wine lees.
