European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 391 of 2010).

[摘要] These Regulations give partial effect to Community legislation on official control on (imports of) food of non-animal origin. They, among other things: designate the competent authority for the purposes of EC Regulation 669/2009 and Chapter V of Title II of EC Regulation 882/2004; provide rules for import of food for purposes of control; and provide with respect to fees and sanctions.
