Regional Law No. 405-ZO “On licensing of retail trade and vending of liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of licensing of retail trade and vending of liquors. In the process of retail trade and vending of liquors the following provisions must be complied with: (a) availability of licence; (b) compliance with terms and conditions set forth by the national and the regional legislation; (c) total payment of authorized capital stock of trading organization; (d) observance of condition of access to premises and bookkeeping reporting by revising organizations;
