[摘要] The present regulation implements various sections of the Livestock Industry Diversification Act. In particular it deals with, amongst others, matters such as issues and fees of licences, registration of animals by the operator, mode of identification by means of ear tags, minimum aggregate area, keeping of records and reports, slaughterhouses, humane slaughtering of sick animals on farm, antler provisions, operator’s duties. The text consists of 17 sections and 3 Schedules.
