Decree amending Presidential Decree No. 395 of 20 October 1998 implementing Directive 95/70/EEC on minimum measures against some bivalve mollusc diseases.

[摘要] The Annex attached to the present Decree shall replace Annex D to Presidential Decree No. 395 of 1998 specifiying the particular bivalve mollusc diseases to which the measures laid down in such Presidential Decree shall apply as a minimum.
