[摘要] This Circular, consisting of 13 articles divided into four Chapters, This Circular prescribes food safety requirements for vegetable oil production and trading establishments managed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This Circular applies to: a) Vegetable oil production and trading establishments; b) Competent state management agencies and organizations and individuals involved in vegetable oil production and trading.
