Ministerial Decree No. 84/2010 amending certain provisions of the Food Code, in compliance with Commission Directive 2009/163/EU of 22 December 2009 amending Directive 94/35/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on sweeteners for use in foodstuffs with regard to neotame.

[摘要] The Decree lays down amendments to those articles of the Food Code which concern sweeteners for foodstuffs in order to comply with the provisions of Commission Directive 2009/163/EU setting standards for neotame, a highly intense sweetener. More specifically, articles Nos. 41, 42, 58, 68, 80, 84, 90, 91, 99, 103, 114, 121, 125, 131 132, 133, 137, 141, 144, 146, 147 and 148 are hereby amended.
