[摘要] The Regulation consists of 7 Sections. The present Regulation regards coastal fish processing enterprises and fish processing vessels manufacturing fish products irrespectively of their departmental jurisdiction and form of property. It is not applicable to the enterprises and workshops manufacturing infant food and foodstuffs for special purposes.
