Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) Law, 2010 (Law No. 32(I)/2010).

[摘要] This Law may be cited as the Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) Law of 2010 and shall be read as one with the Food (Control and Sale) Laws of 1996 up to 2006, as amended with two Orders and two Corrigenda. This law hereinafter shall be referred to as “the principal Law”. The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Food (Control and Sale) Laws 1996-2010.The law is issued with the purpose of a better implementation of article 4, paragraphs 3, 5 and 6
