[摘要] This Act makes provision with respect to the marketing and export of dairy produce. The body corporate that was in existence in virtue of the Dairy Produce Act, 1924, continues in existence under the same name (sect. 5). The objective of the Corporation is to enhance the profitable production and marketing of Australian dairy produce (sect. 6).
