Ministerial Decree on the obligatory distillation of wine by-products.
[摘要] According to the provisions of this Decree, wine producers who have distilled the 90 percent of the by-products within the deadline established by the law, may complete their obligation by consigning the balance within April 30th of the following season. Said balance shall be distilled within May 31st and the alcohol shall be delivered to the State Agency for Interventions in the Agricultural Market (A.I.M.A.) within June 30th.
