Decree No. 397 of the Cabinet of Ministers on the purchase of foodstuffs for state needs.

[摘要] This Decree governs the purchase of foodstuffs for state needs and reserves. Such purchases shall generally be made through tenders by contracts directly with national producers of agricultural commodities. The purchase of imported foodstuffs shall be authorized to the extent demand is not met by national producers, with a view to its gradual reduction over time.
