Decree No. 641 of 2010 relative to the first-hand purchase of marine living resources.

[摘要] This Decree prohibits the processing, sale and exportation of fish caught by Norwegian vessels as specified in section 1, except as provided for under this Decree. The Decree prescribes organizations that shall have the right of first handling after landing of fish.
