Decree No. 2006-51 of State Tax Committee validating the Regulation on registration of alcohol processing and bottling lines.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of keeping uniform register of alcohol processing and bottling lines. It shall be applicable to legal persons that are licence holders for alcohol processing. All the alcohol processing and bottling lines owned by legal persons that are licence holders for alcohol processing shall be subject to compulsory insertion to uniform register of alcohol processing and bottling lines kept by State Tax Committee.
