[摘要] This Decree provides for the sanctioning regime (offences and penalties, administrative decisions) on the territory of the Republic of Italy, in terms of rules to be observed in relation to the Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 December 2006 on the nutrition and health claims made on foodstuff products.
