Regulation on passing data by organizations of producers, labelling withdrawn fish products and passing information by regional inspectors of marine fishery.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight paragraphs, establishes: (1) form, way and method of passing data by organizations of producers, including deadlines; (2) way, mode and deadlines of passing information by regional inspectors of marine fishery to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture; (3) labelling withdrawn fish products as not suitable for human consumption to prevent marketing of these products.
