Wine Marketing Promotion Law Implementation Ordinance.
[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Wine Marketing Promotion Law of 28 June 1976. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Law. The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Management of the revenue from the levy (1); Advertising Advisory Committee (2); Indemnisation of members of Advisory Committee (3); Entry into force (4).
