[摘要] Subject to this section, where an authorized officer is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that an offence against this Act has been, is being or is about to be committed, he may, with such assistance as he thinks necessary, at any reasonable time, enter premises and carry any or all acts listed in section 8.
