Decree No. 74 on sanitary conditions for the production and placing on the market of fresh meat.
[摘要] This Decree establishes sanitary conditions to be applied on meat from bovine, swine, ovine and caprine species. Particular rules relating to slaughtering and storage of meat are laid down in article 3. Meat from animals which have not been subjected to ante mortem checks and post mortem inspections, as well as meat from animals suffering from one of the diseases referred to in article 9, shall not be destined to human consumption.
