Animal Feed Act (No. 396 of 1998).

[摘要] The Act consists of 43 sections divided into 7 Chapters: General provisions (I); Industrial Feed preparations (II); Operation of activities related to feed (III); Competent authorities (IV); Supervision (V); Measures of enforcement (VI); Miscellaneous provisions (VII). The scope of the Act is to enhance the production and use of good quality feed preparations (sect. 1). This Act shall apply to production, placing upon the market, use, importation and exportation of manufactured feed for animals.
