Decree No. 24 of 2012 (III. 9.) VM of the Ministry of Rural Development concerning the harvesting of subterranean mushrooms.

[摘要] According to the provisions of this Decree, any person harvesting subterranean mushrooms (truffles) must be adequately trained and qualified (Art.1.). Truffle harvesting is subject to prior written permit issued by the forest manager and shall be done only with trained truffle searching dogs. Article 6 lists prohibited harvesting methods. Harvesters must keep a harvest register. The Annex lists truffle species which can be harvested and their harvesting periods.
