Second Ordinance on sugarfree extracts used in wine production of 1998.

[摘要] The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry establishes that in regard of the extreme bad climatic conditions the minimum values of sugarfree extracts used in the wine production of the year 1998 are fixed as listed in the text.
