Regional Decree No. 295 “On monthly compensation for complete and full-rate nutrition for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age”.

[摘要] This Regional Decree establishes that pregnant women, nursing mothers and children of less than three years of age in accordance with medical certificates shall be provided with monthly compensation for full-value nutrition through the network of special nutritional points if average per capita income not exceeding minimum subsistence income per capita. Expenditure for supply of the aforesaid nutrition and infant food shall be covered by the regional budget.
