Decree No. 285 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on processing of ethyl alcohol and liquors.

[摘要] This Decree regulates licensing of industrial production of all types of alimentary alcohol, liquors and spirituous beverages. The aforesaid activity shall be authorized for legal persons in accordance with licence issued separately for each product for the period of 5 years. The applicant shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copy of state registration as legal person; (c) substantiation by the Ministry of Economy; (d) certificate of payment of licensing fees
