[摘要] The purpose of this Presidential Decree shall be to improve quality and expand the assortment of oil and fat produce in order to saturate internal market and expand export. It establishes that produce manufactured by the enterprises of oil and fat industry, including cotton oil, oilseed meal, peelings, presscake and other, shall be mandatorily sold at Commodity Exchange.
