Presidential Decree No. 3 validating the Regulation on tenders for selection of legal persons for exclusive import of liquors.

[摘要] This Presidential Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out tenders that must be conducted once a year for selection of legal persons for exclusive import of liquors. The following categories of legal persons shall not be authorized for the participation in tenders: (a) bankrupts; (b) those who have submitted inaccurate information to tender commission; and (c) those that do not process liquors.
