Animal Slaughter & Meat Quality Control Act, 2011 (Act No. 16 of 2011).
[摘要] This Act, consisting of 28 sections, provides for animal slaughtering, ensuring the quality of meat for human consumption. It establishes that no person, institution or organization shall slaughter any animal for selling commercial purposes without authorization, namely: a) Eid al-Azha, Eid al Fitr or any other religious, social programme and any other festival or event declared by the notification; b) for domestic consumption purposes based on family needs.
