Ordinance amending the Ordinance on quality classes of slaughtered beef.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Ordinance on quality classes of slaughtered beef (BGBl. II No. 289/2002). In particular, article 2 on the hygiene of earmarking, and article 3 concerning slaughtering plants are amended. Moreover, article 4 on Consecutive slaughtering numbers is reworded.
