[摘要] The milk-based products referred to in the Annexes attached are recognized to be foodstuffs manufactured according to traditional methods. Establishments engaged in the marketing of such products shall comply with the requirements set out in Presidential Decree No. 327 of 1980 and must be registered under the veterinary service of the competent local health authority (art. 4). Article 5 concerns the authorization which is required for producing and placing on the market these types of foodstuffs
