Food Products Standards Act ([RSBC 1996] Chapter 153).
[摘要] In accordance with the Food and Drugs Act (Canada), the (provincial) Lieutenant Governor in Council (LGC) may, by regulation, designate a food or a kind or class of food as being subject to the quality and compositional standards of the above federal Act (sect. 2). If no requirements have been established under the Food and Drug Act (Canada), the LGC may establish provincial quality and compositional standards for the manufacture or processing of foodstuffs for sale in British Columbia (sect. 4)
