[摘要] This Regulation lays down some amendments to the Regulation establishing detailed conditions for the implementation of the measures of the common organization of the market in wine. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning restructuring and conversion of vineyards (art. 5 of the amended Regulation), application for investment support in accordance with the legislation of the European Union (amended art. 8c, 8d, 8e and supplemented art. 8f).
