Hogs – Marketing (O. Reg. 439/10).
[摘要] The present Regulation enforces the Farm Products Marketing Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.F.9). In particular, the Regulation provides for the control and regulation in any or all respects of the producing and marketing within Ontario of hogs, including the prohibition of such producing and marketing in whole or in part. The Local Board has the power, inter alia, to: a) require persons engaged in the producing or marketing of hogs to register their names, addresses and occupations with the local board; b)
