Grain Management Act.

[摘要] This Act provides for the stabilization of the national economy by means of ensuring a smooth circulation of the supply and demand of grain i.e. rice, barley, wheat, oats, rye, etc., and maintaining proper prices through efficient management. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry shall establish the annual plan for the supply and demand of the grain under government management. The Minister of Agriculture and Forestry may purchase grain from, or make advance payments to producers or owners as
