[摘要] The present Order is made under the Agricultural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Order provides for the fixing, imposing and collecting of levies from certain hog dealers and producers in Saskatchewan. Section 3 fixes the levy that every person who is engaged in the processing of hogs or using hogs in manufacturing shall pay to the Saskatchewan Hog Marketing Commission.
