Slaughterhouse Regulations (Cap. 49).

[摘要] These Regulations provide rules for hygienic conditions in places for slaughtering animals, the flesh of which is intended for sale for human consumption. They require premises used as a slaughterhouse to be authorized by a certificate issued by the Health Protection Board. If the meat of an animal is to be sold for human consumption the animal must be slaughtered in a slaughterhouse, except if authorized otherwise.
